Adrian Largent, DPT
Adrian grew up just outside of Columbus, Ohio. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Integrated Health Studies with a minor in Entrepreneurship from Kent State University, where he was also a part of the Track & Field team. Due to injuries throughout his career, he developed an interest in the musculoskeletal system and returned to Columbus to complete his master’s degree in Kinesiology with a focus on the Psychological Aspects of Injury and Recovery in Athletes at the Ohio State University.
He then continued his education and obtained his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Pittsburgh, where he acted as the Director of Sports Performance for the student-run Mighty Pens Adaptive Sled Hockey Strength and Conditioning Program.
Experience/ Passion:
Adrian has had the opportunity to work with athletes of all ages and capacities from the weekend warrior to those competing at the collegiate and professional levels.
He values the relationship that his work as a PT allows him to build with each patient, and he believes that a holistic approach to rehabilitation and the incorporation of every member of the patient’s care team is essential in ensuring an appropriate and efficient transition back to sport or everyday tasks.
Free Time:
In his free time Adrian enjoys hiking, working out, playing or watching almost any sport, exploring Colorado’s food scene and most anything that has to do with music. He is also an avid sneakerhead.
