Chrissy Roll, MHA

A Boulder native, Chrissy brings over 20 years of leadership experience to her role as Executive Director of the CU Sports Medicine and Performance Center. Her background encompasses diverse areas such as the outdoor industry, healthcare operations, wellness coaching, and yoga instruction, offering a valuable perspective on comprehensive, patient-centered care.
Chrissy holds an undergraduate degree in Commercial Recreation and Tourism from Colorado State University and a Master's in Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix. She believes that excellent patient care is at the heart of everything we do. Throughout her career, she has used her expertise to keep patients as the top priority while improving operations, building strong relationships, and working effectively within healthcare organizations.
As a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and an experienced yoga teacher, Chrissy values a holistic approach to well-being in her leadership. She recognizes the interconnectedness of physical performance, mental resilience, and overall vitality.
Outside of work, Chrissy enjoys practicing mindfulness, exploring the outdoors, and spending time in Colorado's beautiful mountains with her family, friends, and her three rescue dogs.
