Keith Demmon, PT, DPT, TPS
Keith has been treating patients in the outpatient orthopedics and sports setting since 2003. His practice encompasses all orthopedic conditions, injuries, and impairments. He emphasizes manual therapy as a major component of care. These techniques, which can assist in reducing pain and improve healing, include joint manipulation, soft tissue mobilization and myofascial release techniques, Muscle Energy Technique, and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM, SASTM). Additionally, he encourages his patients to implement a home exercise program in order to continue to progress independently after formal physical therapy. He believes in individual and focused care and will strive to provide an environment of healing to allow his patients the best opportunity to achieve their goals. Keith has strong family connections and history to the Boulder community and the University of Colorado and he is excited to be part of the CU Sports Medicine and Physical Therapy team. Keith's wife is an elementary school teacher and they have three children together.

Keith has specialized his care to assist in the treatment/management of chronic
pain conditions such Fibromyalgia and Complex Regional Pain Syndrome
(CRPS). He is certified to apply the approach of Associative Awareness
Technique (AAT) as one specific method that can assist patients suffering from
chronic pain.
He is trained to perform gait analysis for the purpose of designing
custom-molded foot orthotics.
