Matt Wagner, PT, MPT
Matt Wagner has worked for over a decade in the outpatient rehabilitation setting and brings his experiences of working with athletes of all levels to CU Sports Medicine and Performance Center. Matt believes that every patient deserves the opportunity to understand their injury and the best treatment options available. With an emphasis on evaluating tissue tone, muscle activation, and joint movement, Matt focuses on identifying specific issues limiting the performance of day to day and sport-specific activities.
An avid outdoorsman, Matt can be found climbing, hiking, and snowboarding throughout Colorado, and his understanding of these activities provides insights into patient-specific care when it comes to meeting rehab goals and getting back to recreation. Matt also enjoys running and crossfit and volunteering at local community events.
