Max Lepage, PT, DPT, OCS, TSAC-F
Max was originally born in Quebec, Canada where he grew up skiing and playing a variety of sports including hockey, football, and basketball. He eventually relocated to South Carolina where he later decided to pursue a degree in Exercise Science at the College of Charleston. During this time, he was actively competing in bodybuilding and powerlifting in which he qualified for multiple national and world level competitions while also holding the SC state 3-lift total record.
Max earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in spring 2020 from Jefferson University, where he then completed a post-doctoral Orthopedic Residency Program in preparation to become a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS). He has also spent time teaching as an Adjunct Faculty member within Jefferson’s DPT program. Meanwhile, Max has contributed to the body of research within sports psychology, tendinopathy, and is currently researching the use of manual therapy in baseball performance.
In his free time, Max is an avid weightlifter, skier, and enjoys coaching barbell athletes in competitive powerlifting and bodybuilding.
