One year ago today, was released by Dr. Moon to return to full duty at work. In between then and now, we moved from Colorado to New Mexico for his employment.

It was with apprehension and a little fear that returned to bringing home a paycheck. He was concerned about what his ankle was capable of, the limitations he had to remember, and the on-going fear of reinjuring his new ankle while on the job site. Had his employment not been physically demanding and under sometimes extreme working conditions, it's doubtful he would have had even thought twice about what was going to be demanded of his new ankle.

As you can see from the attached photos, is back to normal as if nothing ever happened. Aside from the scar, you would never know about his specially engineered, oneof-a-kind ankle! People who have known for years detect a very slight limp but that's all that remains of the injury.

and I are forever grateful to Dr. Moon and his entire staff for everything done for him before and following surgery. Thank you for helping restore to a life that we never expected him to regain!
