Sangay was born in Nepal, but spent most of his childhood in Queens, NY before moving to CO in 2018. He graduated from Colorado College with a Bachelor's in Business, Economics and a minor in History. He is currently working towards his Health Administration MBA with a focus on Financial Health Management at CU Denver. He likes spending his time going on hikes, travelling, helping out at his family's restaurant (Taj Boulder), and playing board games.
