Laura Kaiser, MPAS, PA-C

Laura Kaiser, MPAS, PA-C is a Certified Physician Associate specializing in hip preservation at the CU Sports Medicine and Performance Center in Boulder, where she works alongside Dr. Mei-Dan and Dr. Lee. With more than 17 years of orthopedic experience in Boulder, she supports her surgeons in both the clinic and the operating room, guiding patients through every stage of their care.
Laura earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Colorado School of Medicine and holds a bachelor’s degree in Equine Science from Colorado State University. Her clinical philosophy centers on seeing the whole person—not just the chief complaint. She listens deeply, meets patients where they are, and collaborates with the hip preservation team to build comprehensive, individualized treatment plans. Helping patients navigate the full journey from diagnosis to discharge is one of the most rewarding parts of her work.
A lifelong athlete and competitor, Laura grew up immersed in the equestrian world, played Junior Olympic volleyball, and competed in West Coast swing dancing. Today, she remains an avid horsewoman and continues to ride and compete. Outside of work, she enjoys dancing, hiking, reading, and exploring new food experiences as a self-declared foodie.
