Pascal Arteaga

Starting his personal training career in 2009, Pascal dedicated years to learn in clinical, research, and field settings, gaining insight from leading experts in industry-related disciplines (orthopedic surgery, regenerative sports medicine, physical therapy). He loves enhancing the recovery and performance of special populations, be they everyday post-operative patients or world-record-holding, Paralympic athletes. Valuing higher education, he acquired a master’s in kinesiology (rehabilitation and corrective exercise track), a bachelor’s in integrative physiology (minor in philosophy), and 18, accredited certifications, culminating in the award and designation as a Master Trainer by the International Sports Science Association in 2021. For fun, he practices circus arts (calisthenics, contortion, juggling) and athletic activities (tennis, pickleball, hiking) with friends, saving week nights for leisurely hobbies (cinema, games, books).
